Cancellation & Refund Policy - Gifts Online

Except as provided for replacement items below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final.

You may receive a replacement bouquet only if:

1- You send us a message within 24 hours of the delivery time.

2- We delivered a wrong item, or if the item arrives in substandard condition, or if the item is delivered after the delivery date or never delivered at all. (only if it was from our side, that exclude if the recipient or customer asked to cancel or change the delivery time)

3- If the item arrived in substandard condition, then a photograph of the item must be attached in your email.


You may get a refund only if:

1- You contacted us by phone immediately after making the order (within 15 minutes), or 48 hours from the delivery time.

2- If the item wasn't delivered from our side. (only if it was from our side, that exclude if the recipient or customer asked to cancel or change the delivery time)
